Jared is a fourth year in chemical engineering from Virginia. He studies alloy catalysts for carbon monoxide oxidation and nitrate reduction. Outside of lab, he loves to bake and cook, and is a member of University of Michigan’s powerlifting team.

Wendy is a fourth year student working on understanding the oxidation of organic molecules into value-added chemicals. Specifically, she is interested in studying the impact of electrolyte and catalysts have on organic adsorption and reaction kinetics using various electrochemical and in-situ spectroscopy techniques. Outside of lab she likes to bake and play cozy video games.
